SCLA-SCASL Liaison (Ex Officio position)

2007 Annual Report

I have attended 3 meetings as part of the SCASL Board. The first meeting was an introductory one for all board members. The second meeting was an all-day training about how the board and association work and everyone’s role in the organization. The third meeting was a regular board meeting with updates and work on the 2008 conference.

The 2008 SCASL Conference will be in Columbia at the Convention Center, March 12-14.

I use the SCLA and State Library newsletters, news releases and websites to provide the information that I give to the SCASL Board. I will be taking SCLA conference information and board meeting discussions to the SCASL meeting on November 3, 2007.
