Media, Libraries, and Web 2.0: How American Libraries are Using New Tools for
Public Relations and to Attract new Users - Second Survey November 2009</i> into
a 15 page report. I was truly amazed at all of the extremely useful
comments. It was quite difficult narrowing it down to the most substantial and useful
for the purposes of the report. <o:p></o:p></span></h1>
